Conference + Chill Team
Conference + Chill founder, Pepper, is a creative agency made up of creative entrepreneurs (photographers and other creatives) who handle modern marketing strategy and content creation for other creative entrepreneurs. We see our creative clients juggle that work-life balance on the daily and we knew, back in March of 2020, that we had to bring something to the creative community that would alleviate the pressures of being isolated during the pandemic AND trying to keep your photo biz alive and thriving.
So we put our creative minds together and came up with the concept of Conference + Chill. A virtual photo gathering that brings photographers from all over the dang world together to get their learning on and share some belly laughs and beers in the process.
In June 2020, Conference + Chill launched. 15 world-renowned photographers shared their work, knowledge, and insight with the photography world, all from the comfort of their own homes. We also added other fun shit to the mix like photo bingo, mixing signature C+C cocktails, and a badass virtual dance party. So many photographers came together to chill, have some fun, and learn all the things that it BLEW OUR DANG MINDS.
Since its inception, Conference + Chill has exploded. And the Peppers knew that this gig was a mega hit when love, feedback, and requests for more C+C events started rolling into our inbox. We were jacked to find a way to create meaningful, heartfelt connections with people from all across the photography industry.
CONFERENCE + CHILL AMBASSADORS
Q: When is the latest I can purchase my ticket?
A: Tickets will be available to purchase right up to the day of, folks!
Q: What if I can’t make it to a presentation that I really wanted to see?
A: No worries! We will be recording all presentations + panels, and ticket holders with the Lifetime Access & Lifetime Replay Upgrade tickets will be able to view the replays one week after the event for…well, a lifetime.
Q: An entire day seems like a lot! I’ve got kids to keep alive, yo! What if I can’t commit to the whole thing?
A: No problemo! Think of C+C like a music festival. You don’t have to show up for every single presentation and panel. Catch the ones that interest you most, and check out the other recordings later if you feel like it! You can always upgrade to a Lifetime ticket during or after the event, so no pressure, dudes!
Q: Will there be a chance to connect with speakers + other attendees?
A: Heck yes! That’s what the CHILL portion is all about. You’ll be able to connect with photographers from all over the world. Hang out in chat rooms, play virtual games (preferably beer in hand), join Q&A panel discussions and Zoom Rooms…it’s a social thing!
Q: What else do I get with my ticket?
A: The killer presentations and hangouts aren’t all you get with your ticket! You’ll also get a kickass virtual swag bag, entrance into some rad giveaways, access to our killer exhibitor booths, and entrance into a possible mentorship raffle (as long as you also follow @conferenceandchill on Instagram).
Q: What if I’m not a pro photographer?
A: This event is for photographers (and other creatives) of ALL LEVELS! Whether you’re a seasoned pro or a hobbyist who’s just starting out, all are welcome!
Q: What does it cost?
A: Only $29 CAD for Live Only access, and $59 CAD for Lifetime Access! We intentionally kept the price low to allow more people to attend. We’re super excited about C+C (if you couldn’t tell already), and we want to share that energy with you, so we hope you come hang out with us!
